Glen Clark, Cadence Corporate Vice President, Custom IC & PCB Group, is responsible for leading research and development of the company’s Virtuoso custom IC design platform. He has served in various roles on the Virtuoso leadership team for nearly 20 years. Prior to Cadence, Glen worked as the R&D manager for start-up company Neolinear until it was acquired by Cadence in 2004. Glen has leveraged his successful start-up experience at Cadence, providing input on acquisitions and mergers. Glen continues to foster exploration of new technologies to assist customers, playing a key role in the company’s growth and expansion into areas such as machine learning. Glen received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Duke University and a master’s degree in ECE from Carnegie Mellon University.

Christine Dunn is an award-winning media strategist with more than two decades of experience in business journalism and corporate communications. She is founder and President of ArcPoint Strategy, which offers advisory services in strategic marketing, communications and executive development to senior executives. Ms. Dunn has won multiple national and international awards, including several Best in Biz and Stevie Awards for Women in Business, as well as recognition from Bulldog Reporter and the Publicity Club of New England. 

Prior to starting her business, Ms. Dunn honed her media strategy skills at Bloomberg News, where she worked for more than a decade as a multimedia reporter, editor and senior manager. Leadership roles included leading the North American Consumer/Retail Team, the Mutual Funds team, spearheading the Education Team, and serving as Boston Bureau Chief.  Ms. Dunn has a Master's degree in Asian studies and international business from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a B.A. from Tufts University.  A longtime advocate of education, Ms. Dunn serves on the Advisory Board of Tufts University's Entrepreneurial Leadership Program and on the Board of Trustees for the Judge Baker Children’s Center.

Joe Lipowski is co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Starry, since its inception in late 2014.  Prior to Starry, Joe was the CTO for Aereo, where he led the technology development for Aereo’s cloud-based antenna/DVR platform to deliver internet television over IP, pioneering the use of a high density small antenna farm.   Prior to Aereo, Joe held senior executive technical leadership positions in the wireless communications field including at LoJack, Andrew Corporation, Celiant, Bell Labs/Lucent Technologies, Cirrus Logic, Pacific Communication Sciences and M/A-COM Inc.  Joe holds 17 patents in wireless technologies.

Warren Katz is Managing Director of the Air Force Accelerator Powered by Techstars, a partnership to increase engagement between startups with state-of-the-art counter-drone technologies and the Department of Defense. Immediately prior to that, he was President of Neurala, a leading Artificial Intelligence company that develops The Neurala Brain, an edge-based AI framework with continuous learning. He co-founded MÄK Technologies in 1990 (which was acquired by VT Systems of Alexandria, Virginia in December 2006). He is an avid mentor and angel investor at both Techstars and Bolt with expertise in how to fund companies using government contracts. He is a noted industry advocate of open interoperability standards and commercial business models in Department of Defense procurement. He was six-term chairman of the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization, the international not-for-profit consortium that develops standards for synthetic environments. From 1987 to 1990, he worked for Bolt, Beranek, and Newman as a drive train simulation expert, responsible for mathematical modeling of physical systems. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering from MIT. Some of Katz’s investments include Harmonix, GrabCAD, Neurala, Oblong, Bevi, LovePop, and PetNet.

Nam Pham joined the Baker/Polito Administration as the Assistant Secretary of Business Development which oversees the Mass. Office of Business Development, Mass. Office of Travel and Tourism, Mass. Film Office and Mass. Office of International Trade & Investment. Previously Nam was the CEO of Vietnamese American Initiative for Development (VietAID).

Nam has been a commercial banker for more than 20 years in both lending and credit for premier community banks and large commercial banks. From 1994 to 2000 Nam served as Commissioner of Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants, and Deputy Director of the Massachusetts Office of International Trade & Investment. Nam earned his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, and MPA in Political Economy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.

Lisa Aucoin is the vice president of Engineering for the Electronic Systems (ES) sector of BAE Systems, where she leads a team of more than 5,000 engineers and technical support staff focused on developing innovative and affordable engineering solutions and services. She assumed the role in October 2018.

She previously worked as the program director and deputy general manager for Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS). In this role, she was responsible for continuous improvement and collaboration across ECS’ five product lines as well as with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and several other programs. Lisa was instrumental in driving the transformation of the Advanced Microwave Products (AMP) Center, the microwave factory return-to-green plan, and the ECS facility strategy. Lisa began her career at Sanders, a BAE Systems legacy company, and brings more than 30 years of defense industry experience to the role. She has been part of the Electronic Systems sector since 2010, and has held several critical leadership roles across the business. She has served as a product line director for Soldier Solutions and then for Integrated Vision Solutions in Austin, Texas. Lisa also served as engineering director for our former Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance business area. Prior to joining BAE Systems, Lisa was a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. She holds a master’s degree in Physics from Northeastern University (Boston) and a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Valparaiso University (Indiana). Lisa resides in Pepperell, Massachusetts, with her husband Rich.
