A Coupled Pair of Anti-Symmetrically Nonreciprocal Composite Right/Left-Handed Metamaterial Lines

The coupling between a pair of anti-symmetrically nonreciprocal composite right/left-handed metamaterial lines is investigated. It is found from the numerical simulation results that wideband nonreciprocal circulation characteristics are achieved among the four ports in the bandgap regions due to the coupling at Gamma point in the dispersion diagram. Experimental results support the numerical simulation results on the nonreciprocal transmission characteristics.
