Differentiated Silicon Technologies to Address Performance, Power and Integration of mmWave 5G Remote Radio Head
5G mmwave remote radio head poses unique challenge of delivering high EIRP at a high efficiency and acceptable form factor to justify investment by carriers to deploy high density of base stations. This talk will highlight how a few differentiated Silicon technologies like partially and fully depleted SOI and BiCMOS can address the mmWave performance challenges efficiently for different target phased array architectures and levels of system integration.
