mm-Wave GaN PAs for 5G High-Performance Transmitters

GaN based power amplifiers present a good solution for mmWave applications such as 5G transmitters. They offer excellent RF performance with high power efficiency and fulfill the form factor reduction that is desirable in phased-array antennas. This III-V material also offers superior thermal and power properties. This talk will present potential mmWave transmitter solutions using GaN-based technology.
