This presentation will give a comparison of RF and mm-wave solid state technologies for Power Amplifiers, Low Noise Amplifiers and oscillators which are the most demanding RF and mm-Wave solid state functions in a global system. In addition, for each applicative segment, the presentation will indicate which technology is the most adapted to cover the functions.
